Lavinia is a seasoned Human Resources senior management level with more than 15 years of experience with broad and deep expertise in all streams of HR, such as Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, National Employment Law and Regulations, Change Management, and Strategic HR Planning.
She has various exposures to diverse industry, such as Mining, Retail, Insurance, Manufacture, Engineering, etc. She holds certifications in Indonesian National Work Competency Standard (SKKNI), DiSC International Trainer, Human Resources Management, and Recruitment Analyst.
She has first-hand experience in building corporate infrastructure and engaging employees proactively, also strong in transformation and change management agenda. She is a member in the Indonesia Society of HR Management (PMSM Indonesia) and HR Mining Group.
