Our Client, Manufactur Industry in jakarta are looking for Domestic Sales Manager Position.

The company is the makers of ZEN, the whitest porcelain ware on the market offering a broad choice of Western and Oriental shapes, glazes and decorations; all to our renowned high standards. It also undertake special commissions and we are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for many of the worlds leading tableware brands.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage sales of the company’s products and services in Indonesia market.
• Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
• Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
• Manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
• Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor Degree of any field: business management, economic management; MBA is an advantage
• At least 7-10 years experience in working in retail, manufacturing or other mass-products industry.
• Proficient in English
• Good communication, negotiation, creative problem solving and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, high endurance, target achiever
